- 1 KG Ham Hock/ pork knuckle
- 4 tbsp spicy sauce / sambal sauce or any sambal oelek
- 4 tbsp oil
- 10 small dice shallot
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup any stock or 3small bottle of essence of chicken

- With oil brown the ham hock / pork knuckle then add in the dice shallot

- Simmer for another 10 minutes till sauce are slightly thicken up and serve with white rice or any bread
