Instructions to make Smoked Pork & Noodle Soup
- Remove the bone from the pork shoulder. Put everything except the corn and lime juice into a pot along with 10 cups of water and a little extra ham. Cover. Bring to a boil. Uncover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add water as needed to keep bone covered.


- Remove bone from pot. Extract all of the meat and return to the pot. Discard the bone. Cut the corn off the cobs and add to the pot. Continue to simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally, add water as needed and taste. Add pasta during the last 10 minutes.



- Serve. Garnish with green onion. Splash a little lime juice in.
